Following the promulgation of the Kenyan Constitution 2010, there has been diverse growth in the governance and day to day running of both the National and County Governments.
We appreciate the different dynamics of running the national and county governments. The team has participated in advising the county governments in several landmark legal matters as well as litigation.
The National & County government legal matters are dynamic and ever evolving. The County Governments have been a functional for the past four years; a period in which legislation on the same has evolved.
